You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

By agreeing to receive services, you confirm that you have no contraindications that could impact your safety or the treatment outcome.

3. Consultation and Medical Information

All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form prior to any treatment.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, allergies, or any prior aesthetic treatments.

I sQin Clinic cannot be held liable for adverse reactions if relevant information is withheld or omitted.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

Payment Deposit: A deposit of £30 is required before the treatment to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: At I sQin Clinic, we value both our clients' time and our practitioners’ schedules. To ensure smooth operation and fairness to all clients, we have a strict cancellation policy as follows:

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

If you cancel or request to reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to the deposit paid will be charged.

Deposits for appointments are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification will result in the full deposit being retained.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy, which helps us manage our schedule and continue to provide the best service to all clients.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are required at the time of service or as per the pre-agreed payment plan.

I sQin Clinic does not offer refunds for completed treatments or products. If you have concerns about a service, please contact us promptly.

Deposits for appointments may be non-refundable unless cancelled within the specified timeframe.

While we strive to provide optimal results, individual outcomes may vary. I sQin Clinic does not guarantee specific results, as they are affected by individual factors and lifestyle.

Some treatments may require multiple sessions for the best results, and additional costs may apply.

Following aftercare instructions is essential to achieve the best results and avoid complications. Failure to follow these guidelines may impact results and is at your own risk.
